Pediatric Advocacy Program

Service through Community-Academic Partnerships

The Pediatric Advocacy Program works with a variety of community partners to improve child health and well being and reduce health disparities. Residents in the StAT program begin the process of developing strong partnerships by first asking and listening to community priorities. They use the principles and values of Community-based Participatory Research as they engage in these collaborative endeavors. The compilation of photos below visually highlights the StAT residents in action. Please see Advocacy Projects for more information on the individual projects of the residents.
